Vimeo CEO to step down, Adam Gross appointed as interim CEO

Vimeo (NASDAQ:) announced today that CEO Anjali Sud will be departing after nine years with the company to pursue a new opportunity.

Effective September 1, Adam Gross will serve as interim CEO while the company begins the search for a permanent replacement. Gross is an experienced executive and SaaS veteran and has been a member of Vimeo’s board since 2021.

Furthermore, the company reaffirmed its revenue and adjusted EBITDA outlook for Q2 and the full 2023 year and will provide a full update on its Q2 results on Aug 1.
