Vicinity Centres FY Net Profit A$271.5 Million, Down 78%

SYDNEY–Vicinity Centres reported a net profit of A$271.5 million for fiscal 2023, down 78% on A$1.22 billion a year earlier.
Funds from operations rose by 15% to A$684.8 million across fiscal 2023. Directors of the company declared a final distribution of 6.25 cents a share.
