LXRandCo on Tuesday named Laura Swan and Nadine Eap as co-chief executives, effective July 1, tapping two internal executives to lead the online retailer of pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories.
Swan and Eap succeed Cam di Prata, who is transitioning to a director and chair of the compensation and nominating committee. Valerie Sorbie will shift from executive chair to chair of the Montreal-based company.
Swan has held several positions at LXR since joining in 2019, including most recently co-president and chief revenue officer. Before that, she held positions at retailers The Bon Ton, Kohl’s, Zales and Macy’s.
Eap, who will continue to serve as chief financial officer, joined LXR in 2018 and has served in various finance roles. She came to the company from Deloitte.
Sorbie said that Eap will focus on operations, human resources, information technology, sourcing and finance, while Swan will focus on revenue-facing activities and managing key partner relationships.
